Protection of your information and privacy is a priority of the Company. This Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, and disclosure of information that may be collected by Company when you visit and/or use of the Company’s website located at www.electronicsurplus.com and all associated sites linked to it by the Company (collectively called the “Site”) or when you contact the Company by mail, electronic mail, fax, telephone or in any other manner. 1) THE TYPE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT:

Information You Provide: When you make a product purchase you will be asked to provide your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number(s), email address, contact preferences and credit card information (hereinafter collectively called “Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”). We use your PII to process your order, to respond to you, to customize and continually improve your shopping experience on the Site and to otherwise communicate with you. Company will not knowingly provide your PII to third parties except as noted in this Privacy Policy. We transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing but we only reveal the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming your order. 4) CHILDREN

Company does not sell products for purchase by minors. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. In the event that Company receives information that establishes that a customer is under the age of 18, Company will delete all information in its databases about that customer and prohibit any future use of the Site by that person.
