Vishay Sprague 716P22392J Orange Drop Premium Capacitor

Orange Drop 716P series capacitors are a high performance version of the popular 715P Orange Drop series. They are made from polypropylene film and foil with pure copper leads, making them ideal for high pulse current applications. The capacitor is compressed making it smaller and can fit in to places the traditional 715P could not.

This is a high voltage paper-in-oil (PIO) glass sealed capacitor. Hermetic sealing keeps oil from leaking out and provides protection from ingress of moisture to ensure long life.  Vitamin Q Capacitors are sought after because the oil that they are made from gives it a warm tone.
